Job Overview:

• Company: Sphere Construction Group LLC.

• Salary/Pay Rate: $120,000 to $150,000+ per year (depending on experience) plus Year-End Bonus.

• Location: Onsite (Denville, NJ).

• Job/Employment Type: Full-Time.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday.

• Project Scope: Mixed-use multifamily, commercial, industrial, and tenant fit-up (Ground-Up and Renovation).

• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: 30-Hour OSHA Supervisor (CPR certification preferred).

The Opportunity: You will serve as a self-sufficient field leader for a respected, 40-year-old general contracting firm known for craftsmanship and reliability. This role empowers you to take full ownership of high-visibility projects while managing long-standing relationships with developers and design professionals.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Execute complex ground-up and renovation projects by interpreting Geo-Tec reports and managing diverse soil conditions.

• Coordinate all construction means and methods for site work, concrete, masonry, steel, and MEP trades to ensure project fluidity.

• Supervise onsite activities to maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety procedures and government inspection agency requirements.

• Lead daily scheduling and quality control efforts to deliver high-quality multifamily and commercial builds on time.

• Communicate effectively with vendors, trade partners, and adjacent property owners to resolve logistical challenges proactively.

• Direct the technical execution of wood and steel stud framed structures while maintaining the firms reputation for excellence.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a self-sufficient field superintendent in a general contracting environment.

• Proven expertise in mixed-use multifamily apartments and commercial/industrial "ground-up" construction.

• Demonstrated proficiency in reading and interpreting project drawings, specifications, and Geo-Technical reports.

• Strict commitment to maintaining OSHA safety standards and managing government inspection processes.

• Basic computer skills necessary for project documentation and digital communication.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid CPR certification.

• Experience managing tenant fit-up projects within existing commercial or industrial shells.

• Strong background in coordinating complex wood-frame and steel-stud structural systems.
