Position Overview

We're hiring Full-time Afternoon/Evening Shift Warehouse Associates to handle general warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, replenishing, and maintaining inventory accuracy. This role mainly involves working with team members to fulfill orders, including picking and packing.

If you have experience in picking, packing, invoicing, and restocking, and take pride in accuracy and efficiency, we'd love to meet you! Our ideal candidate has a positive, can-do attitude, strong communication skills, and enjoys working as part of a team.

Hours:
Full-time Afternoon/Evening: Monday-Thursday from 2:30 PM to midnight, Fridays 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Note: We are now located at 4060 W 2100 N, Suite 400, Lehi, UT 84048.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and on time
• Unload shipments upon arrival.
• Assist in restocking and replenishment
• Prepare/complete necessary paperwork as required
• Work with the team to ensure inventory accuracy
• Help maintain a clean, debris-free, organized warehouse

Qualifications
• Forklift certification is preferred, but not required
• Close attention to details and strong organizational skills
• Able to work accurately with a sense of urgency
• Ability to adapt to and learn software quickly (ERP system, UPS/FedEx, etc.)
• Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel
• Able to perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to work a modified work schedule as needed
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a team
• Knowledge of warehouse safety best practices
• Able and comfortable multitasking and wearing many hats in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, energetic attitude
• Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and dedication to the mission of ARL Inc.

Physical Requirements
• This is an active position that requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pulling, and pushing
• Must be able to lift and move boxes over 55 pounds frequently
• Repetitive use of hands and wrists
