Corporate Recruiter at Foxconn Industrial Internet – Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin

FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to source candidates and assist in the hiring process. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Talent Acquisition Department in an office environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.

The Corporate Recruiter will manage a slate of requisitions, engage with hiring managers and candidates throughout the interview process, organize and maintain a candidate database, and assist this Talent Acquisition Department as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and external postings for current openings
• Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed)
• Participate in job fairs to boost company's reputation
• Specialize in the recruitment of software engineers
• Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes
• Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first round and second round interviews
• Report to hiring managers and HR managers on the status of open positions
• Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
• Update job descriptions (e.g. add tasks or modify requirements)
• Answer candidates' queries regarding the application process
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; 2 year Technical Degree preferred
• 1-3 years experience working in recruitment or HR functions required
• Experience working with an ATS system strongly preferred
