Overview:

The Club Car Driver is responsible for delivering a premier transportation experience, ensuring the highest level of service for all members and guests. This role is often the first point of contact, requiring a warm welcome, proactive anticipation of needs, and the ability to provide essential information about the Club and the local area.

Responsibilities:

Guest Service & Experience:

• Extend a warm welcome and provide an exceptional arrival and departure experience, including assisting with luggage and packages.
• Anticipate and proactively manage member and guest requests with a sense of urgency.
• Develop familiarity with members and their families, ensuring the use of names.
• Uphold the Club’s Member Service procedures and standards consistently.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all members and Club information.

Transportation & Safety:

• Safely transport members and guests to local destinations.
• Strictly follow and abide by all traffic laws and procedures.
• Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition and keep it consistently clean.

Club Operations & Teamwork:

• Work collaboratively with the Member Services team, providing effective communication and status updates during and between rides.
• Assist with door coverage at the Club’s main entrance.
• Adhere to all established grooming and uniform standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by immediate supervisors.

Qualifications

• Previous professional driving experience, preferably in a hospitality or private residence setting. Experience driving in all weather conditions is required.
• Good working knowledge of the Center City Philadelphia area.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Must pass a pre-employment requirement.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and understand the predominant language(s) spoken by members.
• Must be dependable and available to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as dictated by business needs.
