Position Summary

The Dining Room server position at Crazy Mountain Ranch is responsible for providing an exceptional F&B experience for our guests throughout their stay, while ensuring all their needs are met to the highest industry standard. The Dining Room server will also be responsible for daily side work and cleaning duties as assigned.

Job Duties

• Provide exceptional F&B service to our guests.
• Adhere to all Food Safety policies and procedures.
• Serving and clearing food and beverages for both ala carte and buffets.
• Cleaning and side work duties as assigned.
• Set-up and break-down of function areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of all function areas.
• Engage with guests to ensure all their needs are communicated and met.

Experience

• Previous Food and Beverage experience preferred, but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift overhead up to 20 lbs.
• Able to carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work while standing or walking for up to 8 hours
• Manual dexterity with repetitive movement
• Able to work while standing, sitting, kneeling, squatting, or bending forward.
