About This Position
Plan, organize, and deliver training sessions internally and to clients on nebulaONE®
Tailor training content and delivery methods for internal purposes and/or to meet the specific needs of our clients.
Lead interactive promptathons, where clients work hands-on to build and refine AI prompts, tackling real-world challenges together.
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop training materials such as technical documentation, presentations and exercises.
Manage associated UK repositories and content created for training and/or change management purposes.
Perform live demonstrations and hands-on labs to illustrate concepts and provide practical guidance to clients.
Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft and AI advancements and best practices and maintain in-depth knowledge to deliver accurate and relevant content.
2+ years of experience as a Technical Trainer, Educator, or similar.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Exceptional presentation skills, coupled with the patience to teach.
Passion for teaching and helping others succeed in their cloud readiness journey.
Flexibility to travel occasionally for on-site trainings, if needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft product offerings, with an emphasis on AI, SaaS, or cloud technologies.
Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT).
Microsoft certifications, such as the AI-900, AZ-900, etc.
