Field Technician- Lead in Henrico, Virginia at Kept Companies, Inc

Job Overview:

This role involves a variety of hands-on services including pressure washing, line striping, building washing, and specialty cleaning. Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and commercial pressure washing (homes, sidewalks, driveways, buildings)
- Parking lot line striping and layout work
- Commercial building washing and maintenance
- Shopping cart retrieval services
- Interior cleaning and detailing for commercial spaces
- Gas station cleaning (fuel pads, canopies, etc.)
- Flatwork cleaning (concrete, sidewalks, curbs)
- Kitchen exhaust and hood cleaning
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
- Deliver high-quality results and strong customer service

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
