Job Overview

ProGlass LLC is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day execution of commercial glazing projects. This role is ideal for candidates with strong glazing knowledgeparticularly in curtain wall, storefront, and punched window systemsand a proven ability to manage schedules, documentation, and customer communication effectively.

As a Project Manager, youll report to the Senior Project Manager and be accountable for driving project performance while maintaining 100% compliance in Buildertrend. This role is essential to ensuring our glazing projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Execution
    • Manage projects from contract award to closeout.

    • Maintain accurate schedules and coordinate labor, materials, and equipment.

    • Ensure quality, safety, and scope standards are met.

    • Identify risks early and report them to the Senior Project Manager.

  • Budget & Cost Control
    • Monitor job costs, labor hours, and materials.

    • Forecast and manage project budgets.

    • Assist with change orders and margin control.

  • Buildertrend & Reporting
    • Maintain full compliance in Buildertrend.

    • Complete and submit daily reports with accurate project details.

    • Upload logs, schedules, photos, and documentation per company standards.

  • Customer Communication
    • Serve as primary customer contact for assigned projects.

    • Provide status updates, schedule changes, and coordination information.

    • Escalate complex issues to the Senior Project Manager as needed.

  • Field Support & Technical Oversight
    • Support field crews with schedules and installation coordination.

    • Understand and troubleshoot common glazing systems:
      • Curtain wall

      • Storefront

      • Flanged and punched windows

      • Shower glass/interior glazing

  • Team Collaboration
    • Attend weekly project meetings.

    • Collaborate respectfully with internal teams, customers, and vendors.

    • Maintain accountability for project documentation and outcomes.

Qualifications
  • 37+ years of project management experience in glazing.

  • Glazing industry experience is required.

  • Familiarity with curtain wall, storefront, and window systems.

  • Proficient in project management software; Buildertrend preferred.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication.

  • Full-Time Monday to Friday
