Position Summary

The Software Quality Assurance Engineer ensures the delivery of high-quality software products that meet regulatory requirements, enhance patient safety, and provide exceptional value to customers. This role focuses on minimizing defects and optimizing the overall cost of quality. The selected candidate will lead investigations into software-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions for customer-reported problems. Responsibilities include managing defect tracking and resolution, and collaborating closely with development and cross-functional engineering teams to ensure timely and effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End testing of modules and applications, server, and client side
• Complex application testing in collaboration with other hardware and software products
• Plan and write a detailed test case.
• Works closely with R&D and is involved in integration tests.
• Develop automation tests via Automation Development Framework (Ranorex Studio and Robot Framework) and verify it E2E

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3-4 years proven experience in manual testing.
• Minimum of 3 years of strong proven experience in developing E2E functional automation tests.
• Experience in writing STP, STD, and STR documents.
• Experience with Windows operating systems.
• Experience with real-time Desktop/Web/Mobile applications.
• Experience working in Agile.
• Experience in troubleshooting and determining the root cause of application defects and issues on customer escalated tickets
• Good knowledge of MSSQL (advantage).
• Ability to understand business and customer needs.
• Experience with real-time applications, client /server environment.
• Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (advantage).
• Knowledge in Ranorex and Robot Framework (advantage)
• Knowledge in C# and Python (advantage).
