Are you an outgoing, motivated professional with a passion for helping seniors and their families navigate important life transitions? We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Representative to support and expand our growing assisted living and memory care community throughout Upstate New York and the Southern Tier.

This is a highly lucrative, commission-based opportunity with flexible scheduling and significant growth potential as we expand into additional regions of New York State.

Position Overview
Field of Dreams is a warm, vibrant assisted living community dedicated to providing compassionate care and meaningful daily experiences for our residents, including individuals living with memory impairment and dementia. Our Memory Care program is designed to offer a safe, structured, and supportive environment where residents are treated with dignity, patience, and respect. The Sales & Marketing Representative will play a key role in driving occupancy by building relationships, generating referrals, and guiding families through the private-pay admissions process alongside a dedicated case manager.

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain referral relationships within the senior care network
• Conduct community outreach throughout Upstate NY, the Finger Lakes Region and the Southern Tier
• Assist families through the admissions process
• Coordinate tours and follow-up communications
• Represent the organization professionally within the community
• Support expansion efforts into additional NY markets

Qualifications
• Experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, or healthcare marketing preferred
• Strong knowledge of private-pay senior care services
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Outgoing personality with a compassionate, empathetic approach
• Ability to travel within assigned regions
