We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Representative to support and expand our growing assisted living and memory care community throughout Upstate New York and the Southern Tier.

This is a highly lucrative, commission-based opportunity with flexible scheduling and significant growth potential as we expand into additional regions of New York State.

Position Overview

The Sales & Marketing Representative will play a key role in driving occupancy by building relationships, generating referrals, and guiding families through the private-pay admissions process alongside a dedicated case manager.

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain referral relationships within the senior care network
• Conduct community outreach throughout Upstate NY, the Finger Lakes Region and the Southern Tier
• Assist families through the admissions process
• Coordinate tours and follow-up communications
• Represent the organization professionally within the community
• Support expansion efforts into additional NY markets

Qualifications
• Experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, or healthcare marketing preferred
• Strong knowledge of private-pay senior care services
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Outgoing personality with a compassionate, empathetic approach
• Ability to travel within assigned regions
