Qualifications:

• Demonstrated proficiency in piano performance; ability to play organ is highly desirable.

• Strong sight-reading skills with the ability to accurately interpret, perform, and adapt musical arrangements.

• Familiarity with traditional hymns, contemporary worship music, and liturgical service structure is a plus.

• Reliability, professionalism, and the ability to collaborate closely with worship leaders and clergy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality musical accompaniment for weekly Sunday worship services, including preludes, hymns, offertories, communion music, and postludes.

• Support special programs such as holiday services, memorials, weddings, and other chapel events as required.

• Coordinate with the Chaplain, choir members, and other worship staff to select appropriate musical pieces aligned with the theme and liturgy of each service.

• Attend scheduled rehearsals to prepare musical selections and ensure seamless integration with service components.

• Maintain professionalism and punctuality, ensuring readiness of all music prior to each service or event.

• Perform related duties necessary to support the overall worship experience.
