At XPS Solutions, we’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to support the self-storage industry—helping people find the right solutions, answer questions, and feel confident in their decisions. All done from our office in Richardson, TX, or your own home office (if qualified).

About the Role

As a Tenant Experience Advisor, you’ll serve as the front line for self-storage customers across the U.S.—helping them rent units, make payments, resolve issues, and get support in real time.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Handling up to 90+ inbound calls per shift
  • Guiding customers through the rental process
  • Taking payments and managing basic account tasks
  • Upselling where appropriate
  • Supporting customers via Live Chat
  • Documenting customer interactions accurately and professionally

What You Bring to the Table

  • 6+ months of customer service experience (any industry)
  • Strong sales mind & confidence in taking someone from "just calling to get prices", to "yes, I would love to be be your tenant..."
  • Self-storage or call center experience is a plus
  • Typing speed of 35+ WPM
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Patience, attention to detail, and active listening
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree a plus)
  • Bilingual is a bonus!
Shifts Available:

Note: We are hiring for varied shifts, TBD. All times listed are Central Time Zone. Specific shift discussions can occur during the interview process.

  • Availability between 8:00 AM - 10:00PM is required.

Training Schedule

  • 5-day paid training (no weekends during training!)
  • Full-time: 40 hours/week
  • Training time TBD; shift availability discussed in interview

A: No, this is 100% on site in Richardson TX.

Q: I’ve never worked in self-storage—can I still apply?
A: Absolutely! If you have strong customer service experience and are tech-comfortable, we’ll teach you the industry. You must be confident in "assuming the sale" as well as "overcoming objections".

Q: What kind of training do you provide?
A: You'll receive five days of hands-on paid training, plus shadowing, mentorship and coaching from your Development Manager.
