Bella Plumbing is hiring an experienced Residential Service Plumber to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys diagnosing issues, recommending solutions clearly, and delivering high-quality work the right way. Youll run residential service callsrepairs, replacements, and small installswhile representing Bellas workmanship and professionalism in the home.

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues (leaks, clogs, fixtures, valves, water heaters, etc.)
• Communicate findings and options clearly to homeowners (no pressurejust honest solutions)
• Complete quality repairs/installs with clean workmanship and jobsite respect
• Accurately document work performed, parts used, and recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, stocked service vehicle and work area
• Follow safety standards and comply with applicable plumbing codes
• Work with dispatch/team to keep calls moving smoothly and professionally

Must-haves

• 3+ years residential plumbing experience (service experience strongly preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting/diagnostic ability and solid repair fundamentals
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and explaining options clearly
• Valid drivers license and ability to operate a company vehicle safely (driving record check may be required where permitted)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs, and work in Florida heat, with or without reasonable accommodation

Nice-to-haves

• Water heater repair/replace experience
• High-end fixture installation experience
• Backflow / gas / specialty certifications (or willingness to earn them)
