We are currently seeking a results-oriented sales representative to represent our brand in the Louisville market.
The Role: This is a high-volume, consultative sales position for a professional who thrives on autonomy and field-based work. As a sales rep, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, translating their needs into technical solutions. You will manage a full schedule of company-provided leads, ensuring every project is quoted with precision and every client receives professional guidance.

Qualified Lead Flow: A consistent stream of warm leads generated through our regional marketing efforts.
Operational Support: A dedicated production team to execute the projects you design.
On-Site Consultations: Conduct property assessments, perform accurate measurements, and deliver detailed project proposals.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a high level of activity to meet a weekly revenue target of $70,000.
Professional Standards: Maintain a consistent field schedule of 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
Client Success: Build and maintain long-term relationships through proactive follow-up and effective communication.
Proven Track Record: Experience in professional sales or construction/home improvement consulting is highly preferred.
Communication: Ability to communicate with confidence and professionalism to both residential and commercial clients.
Technical Aptitude: Comfortable using digital estimation tools and CRM platforms to track sales activity.
Requirements: Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
This is a performance-based (100% commission) role with a 3% commission structure. This model is designed for high-achievers who want an uncapped earning potential supported by the resources and reputation of a regional industry leader.
