The Spa Greeter/Front Desk will be responsible for managing the reception area, greeting guests, and responding to inquiries regarding appointments and reservation information. Responsibilities:

- Greet guests in a professional and courteous manner

- Respond to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding appointments and reservations information

- Manage the reception area and maintain a clean and organized workspace

- Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy and efficiency

- Operate booker system to schedule appointments and manage guest information

- Assist with other duties as assigned by management

- Previous experience in a similar role is required

- Ability to work in a high-volume environment and a flexible schedule

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
