Job Description

The Manager, Consumer & E-commerce Performance is responsible for owning the measurement, analytics, and performance optimization engine across Valpak and Clipp's consumer-facing and e-commerce experiences, including Clipp.com. This role ensures consumer marketing operates as a performance-driven organization, with trusted KPIs, e-commerce funnel and revenue analysis, lift measurement, and test-and-learn discipline, and by translating performance insights into actionable recommendations that that drive consumer growth, advertiser outcomes, revenue expansion, and EBITDA.
Responsibilities:
  • Own consumer KPI architecture for Valpak and Clipp, ensuring metrics ladder to enterprise goals.
  • Design and maintain weekly executive dashboards for senior leadership.
  • Lead incremental lift measurement strategies across mail, digital, and advertiser outcomes.
  • Partner with analytics, finance, and engineering to ensure clean instrumentation.
  • Establish and manage a test-and-learn framework across consumer touchpoints.
  • Translate performance insights into executive-ready narratives and case studies.
  • Evaluate emerging analytics tools and best practices.
  • Analyze product sell-through and make strategic recommendations for optimization
  • Continuously evaluate the performance of all consumer and e-commerce initiatives, synthesizing data across channels to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to translate performance insights into clear, prioritized strategic recommendations that improve consumer experience, conversion, and revenue performance.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in consumer performance marketing, e-commerce, analytics, or growth strategy
  • Experience building KPI frameworks and executive dashboards
  • Strong understanding of attribution and incremental lift measurement
  • Experience with GA4 or similar analytics platforms
  • Email and SMS program analysis and optimization
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
  • Strong communication skills
