This role sits at the heart of a fast-growing cybersecurity organization focused on enabling service providers to deliver stronger protection to their customers at scale. You will manage and expand strategic partner relationships, driving revenue growth through retention, expansion, and deeper product adoption across a complex channel ecosystem. Operating in a high-impact, partner-facing environment, you will act as a trusted advisor to MSPs and service providers, helping them maximize value from a cybersecurity platform backed by 24/7 expert security operations. This is a highly visible individual contributor role where success is measured by renewal performance, net revenue retention, and partner satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure partners are supported, enabled, and equipped to deliver exceptional outcomes. The environment is remote-first, fast-moving, and mission-driven, with strong emphasis on ownership, relationship building, and execution.
In this role, you will be responsible for growing, retaining, and strengthening service provider partnerships while ensuring long-term value delivery and customer success across the channel ecosystem.
- Drive expansion and renewal performance across assigned service provider partners, achieving or exceeding revenue and retention targets.
- Build and maintain trusted, multi-level relationships within partner organizations to increase engagement and platform adoption.
- Act as a strategic advisor to partners, helping them deliver cybersecurity solutions that improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support partner enablement, resolve issues, and align on growth opportunities.
- Monitor partner health, identify risks, and execute proactive retention and expansion strategies.
- Reinforce organizational culture and values while representing the company as a key point of contact in the partner ecosystem.
This role requires strong channel or account management experience, ideally within cybersecurity or MSP ecosystems, along with the ability to manage complex partner relationships in a fast-paced environment.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, partner management, channel sales, or customer success roles.
- Strong understanding of the MSP ecosystem, ideally within cybersecurity or IT services environments.
- Proven track record of managing renewals, expansion, and revenue growth within partner or mid-market accounts.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms for pipeline and relationship management.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
- High bias for action with strong organizational and execution capabilities in a remote-first environment.
- Passion for cybersecurity and delivering value through partner ecosystems.
