Pay rate: $20.00/hour

Rudinos Heritage is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Servers to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. **Responsibilities:**

- Greet and seat guests promptly and warmly

- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked

- Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS ordering system

- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner

- Check in with guests to ensure everything is going smoothly

- Provide excellent customer service to guests

- Handle complaints or concerns with a positive attitude and seek assistance from management when necessary

- Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions accurately

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations

- Assist in setting up and breaking down for events or shifts

**Qualifications:**

- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service

- Positive attitude and team player mentality

- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for extended periods
