Salary Range: From $23.00/hour + commission

Schedule: Part-Time Fridays 9am-5:30pm & Saturdays 9:45am-5pm

Job Summary: Steamboat's premier hot tub and sauna business is seeking a motivated Part-Time Customer Service & Sales Associate. While experience is preferred, no hot tub experience is required as we provide top-of-the-line training, and we want to teach you! We offer long-term opportunities for career advancement. Successful candidates should have superb customer service skills, effective communication and skill in resolving customer concerns and complaints. This role plays a critical frontline function, serving as AVS’s first impression for customers.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to understand customer needs
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to using a POS system
• Knowledge of Google Suite (Sheets, Excel) is required
• A commitment to maintaining long-lasting customer relationships and providing top-notch service
• Located in Steamboat Springs or surrounding areas including the Front Range

Responsibilities:

• Counter sales of hot tub chemicals, filters, parts, and accessories
• Customer support in-store for post-service follow-up, customer service, and work order creation
• Receiving and entering water samples into our water testing machine. Understand and explain water chemistry to customers
• Creation and maintenance of daily sheets and reset route sheets when needed
• Quote creation, communication, and sales of hot tub covers
• Maintain showroom organization and cleanliness
• Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager

• Steamboat Springs, CO 80487: Relocate before starting work (Required)
