Daytime Housekeeper in Bloomington, Indiana at HGCG Enterprises

Join our team as a Hotel Housekeeper and help us provide guests with a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay. We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and ensure our hotel standards are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities:

Clean and disinfect guest rooms according to hotel standards
Replenish linens, towels, amenities, and supplies
Change bed linens and make beds
Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and perform general cleaning tasks
Report maintenance issues or damages
Ensure guestrooms are maintained in a neat and orderly fashion
Adhere to safety and hygiene standards at all times

Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality or cleaning preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical stamina and the ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Must be able to perform basic cleaning duties such as: sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom sanitation, etc.
Must be able to lift and carry 35 pounds
Must provide own reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a background check
High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience preferred.
