What You Will Do
Own your repair orders and complete work with precision, speed, and pride.
Diagnose and repair vehicles using the latest Ford tools, technology, and equipment.
Work on engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and more.
Test-drive vehicles and ensure every repair meets Ford standards.
Communicate clearly with Service Advisors to keep customers informed and confident.
Handle warranty repairs the right way, every time.
Keep your workspace clean, safe, and professional.
Requirements:What We Are Looking For
2+ years of technician experience preferred.
ASE Certification required.
Ford Certification required.
Ford dealership experience strongly preferred.
B-level technician skills, including diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair.
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Comfort working with advanced diagnostic technology.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset.
Desire to grow, learn, and stay ahead in the industry.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
