Responsibilities:Perform work specified on all repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership procedures and qualityTest drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment to ensure validityDiagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems to a high standardCommunicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is neededProvide estimates of time needed for additional repairs or maintenanceExecute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specificationsAll other duties as required
Qualifications:3 years of experience in a similar positionStrong working knowledge of the automotive sales industry including luxury vehiclesKnowledge of automotive repair, maintenance, and technical conceptsExperience using electronic diagnostic equipmentStrong communication and time management skillsExcellent customer service skills and a positive attitudeExcellent sales, negotiating and interpersonal skillsProficient with relevant computers, technology, and softwareClean drivers record and valid drivers licenseSalary is an estimate - depends on experience and performance.
