Job Summary
We are seeking a Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and working with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods. Additionally, this role will involve optimizing supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field and 8-14 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals.
  • Source new suppliers and maintain relationships with existing vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve the best possible deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and ensure supply meets demand.
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with contracts.
  • Analyze supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimize inventory levels and manage inventory accuracy.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.

How You Will Be Rewarded

The salary range for this role is $85,000-$110,000 annually. We offer a comprehensive total rewards approach to compensation, providing incentives and benefits that extend far beyond the base salary. Compensation is determined by the candidate’s work experience, education, training, and relevant skills.
