You will be responsible for helping global organizations successfully adopt and scale AI solutions into production, ensuring they move beyond experimentation into sustained, value-driven usage. The position combines deep technical expertise with customer-facing advisory, focusing on training, workshops, and structured enablement programs across diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to executive leadership. You will play a key role in translating complex AI capabilities into practical business applications that drive measurable impact. Operating in a highly collaborative environment, you will work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure seamless adoption journeys. - Lead technical enablement across AI products including enterprise AI tools, APIs, agents, and advanced model capabilities, ensuring structured and scalable adoption across customers.
- Design and deliver high-impact training programs such as onboarding sessions, technical workshops, executive briefings, hackathons, and hands-on enablement experiences.
- Drive customer activation and sustained usage by building repeatable deployment and adoption frameworks that translate into measurable business outcomes.
- Support the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to expansion, ensuring consistent adoption, optimization, and long-term engagement.
- Partner closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and AI Success teams to ensure seamless post-sales transitions and unified customer experience.
- Develop reusable training materials, playbooks, and best practices based on insights gathered from customer engagements.
- Collect and synthesize customer feedback to inform product improvements and enhance enablement strategies across regions.
- 7+ years of experience in customer-facing, technical enablement, consulting, or instructional roles within enterprise technology environments.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
- Deep technical understanding of AI systems, APIs, coding, agents, and production AI workflows, including concepts such as RAG, fine-tuning, and evaluation methods.
- Proven experience designing and delivering structured technical trainings, workshops, or enablement programs.
- Ability to connect technical capabilities to business outcomes such as productivity gains, cost reduction, or operational efficiency.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and real-time problem-solving skills in live customer environments.
- Comfortable adapting quickly to changing contexts, customer needs, and technical discussions.
- Strong collaboration mindset with a commitment to customer success and ethical AI adoption.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field preferred.
