About the Role

As a Lash & Brow Specialist, you’ll create refined, natural, thoughtful results for your clients.
The work is intentional: grounded, steady, and centred around alignment — both in technique and in experience.

You’ll gently take care of:

• Lash lifts, brow lamination, tinting, shaping, threading, and other services with calm precision

• Preparing and maintaining a clean, soft, grounded treatment environment

• Guiding clients with honest aftercare and education

• Capturing minimal, elegant before-and-after imagery (with consent)

• Meeting KPIs and supporting the studio’s flow with consistency

• Staying connected to trends and continuous learning

• Contributing to a warm, respectful, supportive team culture

You may be the person we’re looking for if:

• You hold a Cert III/IV/Diploma in Beauty Therapy or similar qualification

• You have experience in massage, lash lifts, brow lamination, threading, tinting, and shaping

• You move with intention and care through treatments

• You enjoy educating clients

• You take pride in detail, consistency, and gentle precision
