About This Position

Summary & ObjectiveThe Assistant, Developer Analyst supports the development, customization, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 platform applications. This includes work with Microsoft Power Platform, on-premises SQL Server, classic C# development, and legacy SharePoint 2010 applications. This role is ideal for someone with foundational development experience who is eager to grow their skills in enterprise collaboration solutions.Essential FunctionsCollect and analyze business and technical requirementsDevelop and enhance solutions using Microsoft 365, especially Power Apps and Power AutomateBuild and maintain SharePoint solutions using SPFxDesign and develop SQL Server relational databases based on requirementsWrite clear system and user documentation to support development and trainingDemonstrate proficiency in C# across various development contextsApply knowledge of JavaScript and/or JavaScript frameworksWork with REST APIs and Webhook receiversMaintain and support legacy SharePoint 2010 applications, including:WorkflowsCustom Web Parts and FeaturesInfoPath forms*Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.Other DutiesMaintain your required license, certifications and mandatory skill updates.Comply with all policies, local, state and federal laws and regulations.Perform other duties as assigned.Supervisory ResponsibilityMay serve as an interim department leader depending on needPhysical RequirementsUse of Senses-Position requires excellent hearing. Knowledge & Experience Requirements

Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field1–3 years working with SharePointFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Power Platform)Experience with basic front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)Exposure to REST APIs and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) is a plusStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyMicrosoft Certified: SharePoint AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Power Platform FundamentalsMust be able to read, write and understand the English language
