Senior Executive Business Partner

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Executive Business Partner in the United States.

This role is a high-trust strategic partnership position supporting a senior executive in a fast-paced, global technology environment. You will be responsible for creating structure, clarity, and operational rhythm across a complex organization, ensuring priorities are aligned and execution stays on track. Acting as an extension of executive leadership, you will manage critical workflows spanning scheduling, communications, planning, and cross-functional coordination. The role goes beyond traditional executive assistance, requiring strong judgment, proactive decision-making, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. You will play a key role in enabling leadership effectiveness by improving visibility, driving accountability, and ensuring follow-through across teams. This is a highly dynamic, remote-first environment where adaptability, discretion, and strong organizational skills are essential.

Accountabilities:
  • Support a senior executive with daily operational, administrative, and strategic coordination across scheduling, communications, and planning activities.
  • Manage complex calendars by prioritizing meetings, resolving conflicts, and aligning time allocation with strategic business needs.
  • Proactively manage inbound requests by synthesizing information, framing priorities, and providing recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Own leadership cadences including staff meetings, operating rhythms, planning cycles, and recurring executive-level coordination.
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and supporting documentation to enable effective and well-informed meetings.
  • Track action items, follow-ups, and commitments across teams, ensuring accountability and timely execution.
  • Maintain visibility into organizational progress, risks, and key achievements for executive leadership.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across functions to stay aligned on priorities and operational needs.
  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics including travel, expenses, scheduling, and event planning.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as People, IT, and Recruiting to support hiring, onboarding, and operational coordination needs.
  • Support meetings, offsites, and team events, including agenda planning, materials preparation, and post-meeting follow-through.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced, complex organizational environments.
  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities, ambiguity, and shifting business needs with sound judgment.
  • Proven experience managing complex calendars, travel coordination, and executive-level logistics.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize information and provide clear recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and execution discipline.
  • Experience working in technology or similarly fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across leadership levels while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Comfortable operating independently with a proactive, anticipatory working style.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and travel/expense platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI tools to improve productivity and streamline administrative workflows.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through in a remote-first setting.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote-first work environment with flexible working arrangements.
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience.
  • Equity compensation and employee stock purchase plan.
  • Comprehensive benefits supporting health, financial, and personal well-being.
  • Flexible paid time off policy.
  • Parental leave support.
  • Home office support and remote work infrastructure assistance.
  • Growth and development fund for continuous learning and professional advancement.
  • Inclusive workplace culture with employee resource groups and strong collaboration values.
