In this role, you will ensure high-quality delivery of Salesforce solutions by designing, executing, and managing robust testing strategies across multiple projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to validate requirements, identify defects, and ensure alignment with business expectations while maintaining strong Agile practices.

• Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases for Salesforce applications, ensuring full coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Perform manual testing across Salesforce environments, with exposure to automation tools where applicable.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance QA efficiency, including test case optimization and defect analysis.
• Collaborate with development, product, and program teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and timely issue resolution.
• Track, document, and report defects using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira, ensuring transparency in QA progress.
• Identify risks and define mitigation plans to ensure smooth and high-quality delivery cycles.
• Provide clear, concise status updates to stakeholders and senior management on testing progress and quality metrics.

You bring solid experience in QA engineering with a strong focus on Salesforce environments, combined with the ability to work in Agile teams and communicate effectively across technical and business stakeholders. You are detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing complex testing cycles independently.

• 4+ years of experience in software testing, with strong focus on Salesforce applications.
• Hands-on experience in manual testing, test case design, and QA delivery in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform concepts (Sales Cloud experience preferred).
• Exposure to AI-assisted QA tools and willingness to integrate AI into testing workflows.
• Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar defect tracking and project management tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Salesforce Admin certification is required; additional certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
