Job Description
We are seeking a talented and driven Partnerships Analyst to own and grow strategic partnerships across the payments, e-commerce, and technology ecosystems. This person will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, activating, and scaling partnerships that generate Channel Influenced Revenue (CIR), expand our partner ecosystem, and accelerate monetized tech integrations.
You will play a key role in turning partner opportunities into measurable business impact, while strengthening our product offering and building long-term, win-win relationships with strategic partners.

ResponsibilitiesPartner Identification & Evaluation: Identify potential partners in the payments and fraud industries, and evaluate their suitability for strategic partnerships.
Partnership Negotiation & Management: Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, and manage relationships with both new and existing partners to ensure long-term success.
Strategic Planning & Implementation: Develop and implement strategies to maximize the success and profitability of partnerships, aligning with overall business goals.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor partner performance, assess the impact on ROI, and make adjustments to improve outcomes.
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact between partners and internal teams. Translate partner opportunities and needs into clear internal actions.
Activation of Tech Integrations: Activate and lead the roadmap for monetized tech integrations, driving product improvements through strategic partner collaboration.
3–5 years of experience in partnership or account management roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth through partnerships.
Strong knowledge of the e-commerce and payments industry, especially within the LATAM region, and an understanding of key players and trends.
Payment ecosystem and architecture knowledge is a plus, with familiarity in how to leverage technology to enhance partnerships.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with partners at all levels.
Experience managing projects independently and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Project management certifications are a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Advanced business proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
