The Pizza Maker prepares handcrafted pizzas using standardized recipes and proper dough‑handling techniques. This role must maintain consistency, food safety, and workstation cleanliness at all times. Accuracy, timing, and attention to detail are key requirements.
Responsibilities- Stretch, top, and cook pizzas to recipe standards.
- Maintain dough rotation and storage.
- Follow sanitation and food safety rules.
- Keep workstation organized.
- Monitor oven temperatures and safety.
- Assist with prep tasks.
- Label and rotate ingredients.
- Clean equipment and utensils.
- Communicate with BOH and FOH staff.
- Complete station checklists.
