- Lead end-to-end AI and analytics strategy engagements, including enterprise transformation, operating model design, governance, roadmap creation, and value realization initiatives.
- Serve as a senior advisor to executive stakeholders, guiding enterprise AI strategy, investment decisions, and organizational adoption frameworks.
- Facilitate executive workshops and alignment sessions to drive clarity, consensus, and decision-making across complex organizations.
- Conduct structured assessments of AI and analytics maturity across people, processes, technology, governance, and readiness for scale.
- Oversee development of strategic deliverables such as business cases, use-case prioritization models, transformation roadmaps, and operating frameworks.
- Partner with technical and delivery teams to ensure strategic recommendations align with real-world implementation constraints and enterprise environments.
- Lead business development efforts including proposals, solution shaping, client pursuits, and strategic account growth initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of intellectual property, methodologies, and market-facing AI strategy offerings.
- Coach and mentor consulting teams, supporting capability development, delivery excellence, and executive-level communication skills.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in AI strategy, data strategy, digital transformation, or analytics consulting roles within client-facing environments.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams, workstreams, or strategic consulting engagements.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical and business concepts into clear strategic narratives.
- Proven experience developing business cases, ROI models, investment strategies, and value-driven transformation recommendations.
- Demonstrated success in business development activities including proposals, strategic pursuits, and account expansion initiatives.
- Strong understanding of AI and generative AI capabilities, limitations, and enterprise applications.
- Experience working with modern data and AI platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, OpenAI, and Anthropic tools, with familiarity in cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Background in operating model design, organizational change, or large-scale transformation initiatives is highly valued.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and hypothesis-driven thinking skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field preferred.
