About the role

The Enterprise Account Partner is responsible for driving strategic revenue growth through the acquisition, expansion, and long-term development of enterprise client relationships. This role owns a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts and is accountable for positioning J4RVIS as a trusted, long-term strategic partner. The purpose of this role is to secure, grow, and retain enterprise relationships by aligning J4RVIS solutions to complex business challenges and delivering sustained commercial value.

The Enterprise Account Partner operates at a senior, strategic level within the sales organisation. This role focuses on enterprise-scale opportunities, complex deal structures, and long-term account strategies rather than transactional sales. You engage deeply with C-suite and executive stakeholders, shape multi-year account plans, and lead high-value opportunities across Salesforce, MuleSoft, and broader J4RVIS capabilities. You work closely with delivery leadership, architects, and partners to ensure solutions are commercially sound and successfully delivered.

What you’ll be doing:

New Business Development

Proactively identify, pursue, and close high-value enterprise opportunities. Build and convert pipeline across targeted industries and strategic accounts.

Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute strategic sales and account plans aligned to enterprise client objectives and J4RVIS growth priorities

Prospecting & Lead Generation

Drive enterprise prospecting through executive networking, partner referrals, industry events, and targeted outreach

Solution Pitching & Closing

Lead complex solution design discussions and executive-level presentations. Articulate ROI, business value, and long-term outcomes to close large-scale deals

Account Growth & Expansion

Own enterprise accounts end-to end, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities and expanding J4RVISʼ footprint over time

Stakeholder Engagement

Build trusted relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders. Act as the executive sponsor for key accounts

Collaboration & Internal Alignment

Partner with delivery, architecture, alliances, and leadership teams to ensure solutions are aligned, deliverable, and successful.

Forecasting & Reporting

Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline health, and reporting within Salesforce. Proactively identify risks and mitigation strategies

Market Intelligence

Monitor enterprise market trends, competitor activity, and client strategies. Use insights to refine positioning and identify growth opportunities

Required Experience
  • Extensive experience selling enterprise-scale professional services or technology solutions.
  • Proven success closing complex, high-value, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Experience owning strategic enterprise accounts and long-term client relationships.
  • Strong exposure to Salesforce ecosystem, digital transformation, or enterprise platforms.
Skills
  • Executive-level stakeholder engagement and influence.
  • Advanced consultative selling and negotiation capability.
  • Strategic account planning and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to align technical solutions to business outcomes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Salesforce ecosystem experience highly desirable.
