RN, Home Health (Flex/After Hours) [$50/hr + On Call Pay] in Bowling Green, Kentucky at Med Center Health

The Flex/After-Hours RN provides clinical support and coordinates patient care during both scheduled shifts and outside of standard business hours. This role blends a reduced, predictable schedule with a substantial on-call commitment, offering flexibility and autonomy while serving as a key resource for timely, high-quality home care delivery.

In addition to approximately 20 scheduled hours per week, the Flex/After-Hours RN is responsible for responding to after-hours patient needs, facilitating timely admissions, and ensuring continuity of care across the home care service line. This position plays a critical role in improving patient access, reducing delays in care, and supporting seamless transitions between after-hours and daytime teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred.
• Kentucky RN license (OR) RN license in a State recognized by the Kentucky Nurse Licensure Compact Act required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Motor vehicle record check required and will be performed annually.
• Personal vehicle is routinely used for company business, home visits or required for the position. The employee is responsible to maintain KY minimum limit of insurance coverage on the personal vehicle and maintain the vehicle in good operating condition.
