About the Role
As the Senior Product Manager for New Bets, you will be at the forefront of Félix's expansion. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will take the reins of our most ambitious new product lines, including TUBP (Top-Up Bill Pay) and P2P (Peer-to-Peer) transfers.Your mission is to transition from learning the ropes to full end-to-end ownership within six months, allowing our leadership to focus on long-term strategy while you drive the execution, growth, and scalability of these new bets. You will act as a high-agency "founder" within the company, coordinating cross-functionally with the Conversational Experience (CE) squad to ensure a seamless multiproduct journey for our users.

About the Role

Responsibilities
- End-to-End Ownership: Primary ownership of the New Bets product line (TUBP, P2P, and future initiatives), managing the full product lifecycle from discovery to GTM.
- Execution & Delivery: Run all New Bets squad cadences (daily standups, weekly planning, retros) and maintain a clean, prioritized backlog.
- Strategy & Documentation: Author and own PRDs for in-flight projects, ensuring clarity for engineering and design teams.
- Growth & Optimization: Own the discoverability and activation funnels for TUBP, driving toward ambitious quarterly transaction targets.
- GTM Leadership: Lead the P2P Go-To-Market strategy, defining the ICP, pricing, launch plans, and post-launch growth loops.
- Data Mastery: Design and own KPI dashboards to track performance, identify blockers, and justify product decisions with high data fluency.
- Cross-Squad Coordination: Partner with other product squads to ensure multiproduct touchpoints are coordinated without drift or duplication.
- Mentorship: Lead and mentor interns on specific New Bets sub-projects, fostering a high-performance culture.
Requirements
- Analytical Background: Proven experience in high-impact analytical roles. We highly value backgrounds in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or similar fields that demonstrate a strong logical, structured mindset and the ability to solve complex problems.
- High Agency: You are a self-starter with a "founder" mindset and a relentless bias for action.
- Technical & Analytical: Fluent in data/metrics and comfortable working closely with Engineering and Design. Experience with SQL and dashboarding is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional end-to-end problem-solving skills; you don't just identify blockers, you clear them with a sense of urgency.
- Product Intuition: Strong consumer product sense, specifically in mobile or conversational interfaces (WhatsApp/Chat-based UX).
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to act as a trusted partner to senior leadership and navigate complex cross-functional dependencies.
- These are the applicable requisites, although equivalent competencies in any of the above will also be considered.
