General Description: Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Construction Labourer will work as a part of the maintenance team to maintain resort facilities in a quick, efficient, and professional manner.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· A strong work ethic, highly organized, manual dexterity and a positive attitude

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a general Maintenance environment

· Physically fit, agile and able to regularly lift 23 - 40 kgs

· Previous experience in a hotel environment an asset

· Ability to work both independently with little supervision and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

· Perform labourer duties or other tasks as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor

· Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service and leads by example

· Contribute to a healthy and safe work environment by reporting all safety hazards and working in a safe manner.

· Assist other departments when required
