Truvant is actively hiring for our rapidly expanding facility in Haslet, Texas. As a leading contract manufacturing and packaging provider, we partner with some of the world’s top brands in food, beverage, and consumer goods. Our Haslet site operates 24/7 in support of the LEGO Group. We offer positions across four crews with day and night shifts available.
- Weekend Premium Differential: Earn an additional $1.50/hour for weekend night shifts (Thursday, Midnight to 6:00 pm, Thursday–Saturday, 6:00 PM – 6:15 AM)-41 hours a week

Crew A Sun-Tues 6:00AM-6:15PM; Wed 6:00AM-12:15PM
Crew B Sun-Tues 6:00PM-6:15AM; Wed 6:00PM-12:15AM
Crew C Wed 12:00PM-6:15PM; Thur-Sat 6:00AM-6:15PM
Crew D Wed 12:00AM-6:15AM; Thurs-Sat 6:00PM-6:15AM
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Perform all aspects of shipping, receiving and inventory.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure trucks are loaded and unloaded correctly and in a timely manner and make sure all steps are completed before releasing the truck
- Report any damages or defaults with the forklift immediately to your team lead.
- Move production supplies to and from the storage areas, using the task sheets, with a forklift, hand jack, or what means necessary to keep the production flowing.
- Maintain accurate inventory
- Conduct location audits randomly and cycle counts
- Organize materials in the production area along with the warehouse areas keeping them neat and clean
- Identify potential problems or issues that arise
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience on in warehousing preferred.
- Previous experience on forklift and power equipment preferred.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:
- Knowledge gained through on the job training of company products, policies, and procedures
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Skill in operating various equipment as needed to perform the job
- Skill in multitasking and time management
- Ability to function cooperatively and effectively in a team environment with peers and personnel in other departments
- Ability to keep company and customer information that is discussed or viewed while under employment with Truvant confidential
- Ability to adhere to all regulatory and company policies, procedures, work instructions including but not limited to: Truvant policies, customer specific policies, ISO, GMP’s, USDA, regulatory food safety and food defense
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to read documents, printouts, computer screens and other communication
- Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with co-workers
- Must be able to reach, touch, grasp
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to climb, stoop/kneel, lift, pull and push
- Must be able to conduct yourself in a safe manner to avoid accidents while on the production floor
- Must be able to work in various environments based on building location and products.
- Level of Physical Requirements: Sedentary to medium work level; lifting and positioning weight loads up to 40 pounds
