Job Title: CAD Draftsman
Reports to: CEO of Stageco US

Pay Range: $50k - $65K

The essential job functions of a CAD Draftsman:

- Create preliminary drawings based on the specifications of sales personnel and project managers.
- Revise drawings for projects as the project manager instructed based on client direction.
- Create, assemble, and build drawings for the crew chief to work from.
- Create shop and fabrication drawings for custom project material (as needed).
- Deliver drawings to the structural engineer promptly to finalize all calculations.
- Implement all changes the engineer requires on drawings and all subsequent lists.
- Keep product libraries updated and add new products (as necessary).
- Create and update block drawings for existing and new parts for which we do not yet have drawings.
- Work with Stageco Group to improve information sharing and inter-office communication.
- Research and design new products to help better serve existing clients and find new ones (time permitting).
- Revise drawings to reflect available inventory and ensure proper gear is used.
- Work with yard personnel and crew chief to devise standard truck loading templates and project-specific truck packs.

Construction
- Ensure crew chiefs have proper build books
- Be available for questions on projects and updates as needed for the build.

- Provide backup to colleagues in other company areas and perform other duties as assigned.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience with related products
- Proficiency in AUTOCAD/Autodesk 2016-2025 is a MUST
