About This Position
All-Pro Fasteners, Inc. is a full-line, full-service fastener company that distributes a complete line of bolts, nuts, washers, screws and fastener related components throughout the United States. The main distribution and manufacturing facilities for All-Pro are centrally located in Arlington, Texas with additional service centers throughout Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Iowa and Illinois.
We are looking for a skilled, multi-faceted, self-driven Accounting Assistant to join our Accounting Team. Duties will include but not limited to account reconciliation, balancing books, running credit checks, managing internal database, and more.
Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities:
• Must possess the ability to converse effectively in verbal and written form.
(Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills (necessary to
interact with customers and intercompany departments.)
• Must be flexible and exercise excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must have superior organizational skills
• Proficient in completing delegated duties in a timely manner.
• Must be able to work productively.
• Must be able to perform tasks with high level of precision
• Must be highly detail oriented, advanced analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Must be a self-starter, take initiative (i.e., on emails), and work autonomously
with little direction.
• Technologically proficient, i.e., MS Office suite, etc.
• An outstanding knowledge of all areas of allocated duties with strong expertise
in computer applications such as MS Office, Excel, and Word.
• Must have office administrative experience.
