Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Professional to join our team. This person will rotate through our three locations to cover days off to ensure there is always a salesperson at each store (East, West, Derby). This position plays a key role in helping customers create their ideal outdoor living spaces by providing expert advice on pools, hot tubs, saunas, endless pools, and patio furniture. Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in home improvement, outdoor living, or a related industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal oriented.
• Basic knowledge of pools, hot tubs, or saunas is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and a flexible schedule as needed.
