Surgical RN at Ozarks Healthcare – West Plains, Missouri

Assesses and plans for patient care. Provides leadership within the surgical team. Responsible and accountable for care given to the patient. Responsible for the knowledge and skills necessary to fulfill the professional role functions of the registered nurse in the operating room.

Current Missouri RN License
Must have the ability to perform nursing activities in the peri-operative settings. Must have the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing when solving problems and making decisions.
Within six months to one year of employment as a per-operative nurse, must be able to function independently within the operating room to provide individualized care to the surgical patient.
