Job Title: Kitchen Leader
Reports To: General Manager/Assistant Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Compensation: $19.75 - $22.00 / hour (including tips)
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume kitchen. Resumés are HIGHLY recommended!
Must be available to work nights and weekends.
Summary: Responsible for ensuring superior quality of food and service to the guests. Ensures food is properly prepared following recipes and standards of Lolita's.
