American Air and Plumbing is looking for a driven Plumbing Service Manager to lead our team of Service Technicians in Sanford. If you’re a hands-on leader who knows how to coach a crew, hit the numbers, and keep customers coming back, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Plumbing Service Technicians to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Drive performance on key metrics: revenue, close rate, KPIs per work order, and customer satisfaction
• Provide field coaching, ride-alongs, and customer service training using the Nexstar Service System
• Recruit, train, and retain top technician talent
• Partner with dispatch to match the right tech to the right call
• Run high-energy team meetings and report team performance at daily huddles
• Manage team schedules, payroll, ticket turn-in, and truck inventories
• Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
• Support techs on ServiceTitan and keep safety and compliance standards high
• Work alongside the HVAC Branch Manager to execute business strategy

What You Bring

• 3+ years of management or sales experience in the service industry
• Proven track record in team development, sales/operations, and customer service
• A leader who holds people accountable and earns respect in the field
• Strong business sense, organization, and follow-through
• Intermediate skills in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to lift ~50 lbs and travel 25–50% for training and meetings
• Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays when needed
• Background in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical
• Experience with ServiceTitan
