Design, build, and maintain AI-powered agents, automations, and applications that improve workflows across Product, Product Marketing, and Design.

Identify repetitive manual processes and transform them into reliable automated solutions, allowing teams to focus on customer needs and higher-value decisions.

Develop tools that give non-technical teams direct access to customer insights and relevant data to support better-informed product and marketing decisions.

Translate requests and requirements from non-engineering stakeholders into effective technical solutions, identifying the underlying needs and opportunities.

Build reusable components and shared infrastructure that accelerate future development and reduce duplicated work.

Develop prototypes rapidly, turning early concepts into working solutions within hours where possible.

Deploy and improve shared agents and applications in production, responding quickly to user feedback and issues.

Collaborate closely with engineering teams to maintain production standards, participate in code reviews, and ensure solutions are reliable and maintainable.

Own projects and technical problems from discovery through delivery, adoption, and ongoing improvement.

Establish priorities independently and communicate progress through asynchronous channels, including Slack and written documentation.

Work toward measurable adoption, including delivering tools that become part of teams’ regular workflows within the first 90 days.

Strong software engineering experience in Python or TypeScript, with a track record of delivering production-quality code.

Advanced practical AI fluency, including experience building agentic solutions using current frontier models.

Hands-on knowledge of AI development concepts and technologies such as Model Context Protocol (MCP), retrieval, evaluations, and observability.

Demonstrated experience building AI-powered tools or applications; candidates should be prepared to share examples of their work.

Daily experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.

Experience gathering requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translating them into practical technical solutions.

Strong judgment in identifying where AI can deliver meaningful value and where conventional approaches are more appropriate.

Proven ability to develop solutions that non-technical teams adopt and continue using.

Senior-level ownership, including the ability to manage ambiguous problems, make independent decisions, and deliver outcomes with limited direction.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across Product, Marketing, Design, and Engineering.

Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where priorities may evolve quickly and experimentation is encouraged.

Ability to collaborate with a globally distributed team and maintain approximately six hours of working-hour overlap with the relevant team schedule.

Willingness to work within an async-first environment, with no travel, onsite attendance, or on-call responsibilities required.
