Bilingual Part Time Leasing Agent in Pasadena, Texas at Tarantino Properties Inc

Parc Bay Apartments is currently seeking a Part Time Bilingual Leasing Agent to oversee our apartment community.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours to future residents and visitors
• Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue
• Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renew
• Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email
• Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects
• Develop marketing plans with the goal to sustain occupancy as well as staying informed about the current market
• 8 hours per day-3 days during the week & 7 hours on Saturdays

• Previous leasing experience in multifamily apartments required
• Answering a busy switchboard
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude
• Realpage Onesite
