Job Description

Sr. Paid Media Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager based in the United States.

As a Senior Paid Media Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of performance-driven advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts. You will manage full-funnel paid media initiatives across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital advertising platforms, with a strong focus on lead generation and measurable business results. Working in a remote, agency environment, you will combine hands-on campaign management with analytical thinking and client-facing responsibilities. You will oversee tracking infrastructure, audience development, reporting, and ongoing performance improvements. Partnering with clients and internal teams, you will turn campaign data into actionable recommendations that drive qualified leads and sustainable growth. This is an opportunity to take ownership of diverse campaigns across industries while helping businesses maximize their digital advertising investment.

Accountabilities

You will own paid media strategy and execution across multiple client accounts, ensuring campaigns generate high-quality leads while meeting performance objectives and delivering measurable results.

Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute full-funnel paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and Local Services Ads.

  • Manage campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic display, and connected TV/over-the-top (CTV/OTT) platforms.

  • Build, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns directly within advertising platforms.

  • Develop media strategies tailored to client objectives, target audiences, budgets, and lead generation goals.

  • Continuously improve campaign performance through testing, optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

Tracking, Analytics & Optimization

  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), advertising pixels, and UTM parameters.

  • Build and refine audience segments using CRM data, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies.

  • Connect paid media campaigns with email marketing and CRM automation workflows.

  • Develop performance dashboards, analyze campaign data, and identify opportunities to improve results.

  • Monitor lead quality and campaign efficiency, distinguishing between low-cost leads and leads that generate meaningful business value.

Client Collaboration & Growth

  • Present campaign performance, insights, and optimization recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Contribute to media plans, proposals, and requests for proposals (RFPs).

  • Identify opportunities to expand services and drive additional growth within existing client accounts.

  • Stay informed about advertising platform updates, privacy regulations, and AI-powered bidding and optimization tools.

  • Adapt campaign strategies to evolving digital marketing trends and client needs.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a hands-on paid media professional with strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, a proven lead generation track record, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts independently in a remote agency environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Several years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, with deep expertise in both Google Ads and Meta Ads.

  • Proven experience developing and optimizing lead generation campaigns, with a strong understanding of lead quality and conversion performance.

  • Practical experience independently implementing conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and advertising pixels.

  • Previous experience in a digital marketing agency or managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

  • Confidence presenting campaign results and recommendations to clients through video meetings.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines remotely.

  • Analytical mindset and ability to translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-directed approach to campaign management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with regulated or specialized industries, particularly legal, healthcare, insurance, or real estate.

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, HighLevel, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Experience with additional advertising platforms such as TikTok, Pinterest, or Reddit Ads.

  • Exposure to programmatic advertising and CTV/OTT campaign management.

  • Familiarity with AI-driven bidding strategies and automated campaign optimization tools.

Benefits
  • Annual salary of $80,000–$95,000, depending on experience.

  • Full-time employment.

  • Fully remote position within the United States.

  • Opportunity to manage diverse paid media campaigns across multiple industries.

  • Hands-on ownership of campaign strategy, execution, analytics, and optimization.

  • Opportunity to work in a performance-focused digital agency environment.
