• Shift: 1st Shift, Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Salary Range: $55,000 – $70,000 (Compensation based on experience and skills)

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual goals for the assembly and packaging production department.
• Schedule, train, and develop employees while maintaining a safe, empowering work environment.
• Lead by example and promote a continuous improvement mindset throughout the team.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet quality standards and optimize productivity.

• A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively with others on existing and new projects in the medical device and industrial product fields.
• Strong verbal, listening, and organizational skills.
• Previous supervisory experience and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles are a plus.
