Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with a proven track record in acquiring and maintaining commercial janitorial accounts. This role requires someone who is comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and in-person visits to secure leads and close deals. This position offers a flexible schedule and remote work, making it an excellent opportunity for self-starters who thrive on independence and results.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, target, and acquire new janitorial service clients.
• Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and in-person visits to generate leads.
• Build strong relationships with potential clients and decision-makers.
• Deliver engaging presentations and proposals to showcase our services.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to close sales.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the janitorial or facility services industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule and work remotely.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups.
