We are currently looking for an Outside Sales Representative for a region with strong equine potential and a focus on horse-related activities. Covering the territory of Tennessee, Mississippi and Alabama.

• Prior successful field sales experience
• Someone travel- ready with a clean driving record
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to help clients achieve their riding goals
• A passionate rider with knowledge of the English riding industry and horse shows
• Strong organizational skills; reliable, independent, and dynamic go-getter

Sales Representative Mission:

• Become the most talented saddle expert within your territory
• Develop and manage your customer base independently (Amateurs, Trainers, Pro-Riders, Barns)
• Represent CWD at horse shows
• Create a unique experience for clients through your knowledge and best-in-class customer service

Sales Representative Salary:

We will work with you to meet your targets and objectives through a ramp-up territory tailored plan.

Potential salary including base + commissions:

• Year 1: Potential of $55K (including base & unlimited commission)
• Year 2: Potential of $65K-$85k (including base & unlimited commission)
• Year 3: Potential of $75K-$125k (including base & unlimited commission)
