Location: Fredericksburg and surrounding areas

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic territory plans to meet quarterly and annual growth targets

• Conduct sales calls, presentations, and in-person visits with referral sources such as physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and managed care organizations

• Identify and engage key referral sources to expand business and increase referral volume

• Maintain open communication with internal staff to support a seamless referral process

• Collaborate with other Human Touch divisions to ensure continuity of care and internal referrals

• Support marketing campaigns, promotional events, and outreach initiatives

• Analyze territory data, set goals, and report performance to leadership

• Stay current with healthcare industry trends and payer requirements

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of proven success in healthcare marketing, preferably in home health

• Understanding of the healthcare referral landscape, including Medicare, private insurance, and managed care

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, MS Teams)

• Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field

• Associate degree or equivalent education/experience preferred
