Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Behavioral Health & Long-Term Care
📍 Location: Vancouver, WA (In-Person)
💰 Pay: $33.00 - $36.00 per hour (Based on experience)
🕒 Schedule: 12-hour shifts (Full-time, Part-time, PRN)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage & coordinate caregiving staff during shifts
• Provide direct patient care & complete nursing tasks within scope of practice
• Administer medications and monitor for effectiveness & side effects
• Collect lab samples as needed
• Communicate with providers, therapists, family, and support systems
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

✔ Active LPN License (Required)
✔ BLS Certification (Required)
✔ Experience in similar roles preferred (Behavioral health, long-term care, or psychiatric nursing)
✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
✔ Comfortable working in a team-oriented & fast-paced environment
✔ Basic proficiency in MS Office & data entry

Night Shift / Overnight Shift

Relocation Requirement: Must relocate to Vancouver, WA before starting work
